We have an alternative to proprietary, outdated, and expensive online stores. We have developed an integration between WooCommerce and Visma Global. WooCommerce is the world’s most widespread e-commerce solution.
Maksimer develops integrated online stores based on WooCommerce. We often distinguish between B2B and B2C online stores. We have developed several integrations with checkout and accounting systems, and we are likely the strongest WooCommerce environment in Norway.
We have developed a two-way integration with Visma Global that enables the following:
Transfer customers from Visma Global to the online store
Transfer products from Visma Global to the online store
You can control which products you want to be available in the online store.
Updated inventory value from Visma Global and the online store
You can choose whether you only want values from a specific warehouse or the sum of multiple warehouses. It is also possible to configure what constitutes available inventory in the online store (in stock, in order, in purchase, reserved, etc.).
Transfer product groups from Visma Global to the online store
Transfer orders from the online store to Visma Global
Customers can be created in Visma Global.
Orders can be created with fixed customer numbers.
Configuration of custom fields can be done upon request.
Creation of subscription orders in Visma Global can be done upon request.
Reconciliation of payment type / customer account. Optionally with Z-Data’s solution.
Transfer order history from Visma Global
Customers can easily make repeat purchases this way.
Transfer discount matrices from Visma Global to the online store
The cherry on top. Let your customers see their own net prices when they log in to the online store.
Project accounting
If you use projects in Visma Global, project reporting and project accounting can be transferred and presented in the online store.
