24SevenOffice is a cloud-based financial and accounting system.
Maksimer develops integrated online stores based on WooCommerce. We often distinguish between B2B online stores and B2C online stores. We have developed several integrations with POS and financial systems, making us probably the strongest WooCommerce environment in Norway.
We have created a two-way integration with 24SevenOffice that enables the following:
Transfer customers from 24SevenOffice to the online store
Transfer products from 24SevenOffice to the online store
You can control which products you want to make available in the online store.
Transfer inventory value from 24SevenOffice to the online store
You can choose whether you want values from a specific warehouse or the sum of multiple warehouses. It is also possible to configure what constitutes available inventory in the online store (in stock, in orders, in purchases, reserved, etc.).
Transfer product groups from 24SevenOffice to the online store
Transfer orders from the online store to 24SevenOffice
Customers can be created in 24SevenOffice.
Orders can be created with fixed customer numbers, e.g., settlement method for easy reconciliation.
Configuration of custom fields can be done upon request.
Prepaid orders (Visma, Mastercard, Klarna, etc.) can be automatically marked as paid with the correct payment type.
